Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited use

Do not use the service for:

• Illegal content or activity, or content you do not have the right to host or distribute.

• Unsolicited bulk messages, spam, phishing or deceptive credential collection.

• Malware distribution or infrastructure used to control malicious activity.

• Denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized access attempts or other network abuse.

• Security testing against systems without the owner’s authorization.

2. Your responsibilities

Maintain the security of your operating system and applications. Keep access credentials private, address compromised software and retain appropriate independent backups. You are responsible for activity originating from your service and for the rights needed to use your software and content.

3. Handling reported violations

We review reports and may contact you for an explanation or corrective action. Where necessary to address abuse, unlawful activity or harm to infrastructure or others, an affected service may be restricted, suspended or terminated.

4. Report suspected abuse

Email omar@lunarissystems.com or select Abuse on our contact form. Include the relevant IP address or domain, timestamps with a time zone, a description of the activity and supporting evidence that is safe to share. Do not include passwords, private keys or unnecessary personal information.

If the issue concerns your own service, include your order or service reference so we can connect the report with the correct records.
