Do I pay when placing my order?
No. You submit an order request without online payment. You receive an order number and our team contacts you to finalize the next steps.
What does the period total include?
The summary shows the selected service period, its price and any setup fee in USD. The monthly equivalent is a comparison figure; the full period total is shown before you submit.
Where will my server be located?
The available server locations are listed below and on each configuration page. The company address is shown separately on About and Contact.

Can I choose my operating system?
Yes. Select one of the versions available for your chosen plan. If you need a different version or a control panel, contact our team to discuss compatibility and any related cost.
What happens after I send a request?
You receive a reference number for your request. Our team reviews the configuration and contacts you to confirm availability and the next steps. Your server is activated after the order is finalized.
Can I change the resources I need?
You can change your configuration before submitting. For a saved order or an existing service, include your reference number when asking our team about available options.
How soon will my server be ready?
Typical setup is less than one hour after final order confirmation. Our team confirms availability and the expected activation time with you.
Are administration and backups included?
Servers are unmanaged. You handle your applications, ongoing administration and backups unless additional assistance is separately agreed. Tell our team what you need before finalizing your order.
How do I report abuse?
Choose Abuse on the contact form and include the relevant server address, dates and a clear description. Do not include passwords or private keys.
