Terms of Service

1. Who these terms apply to

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to place an order for yourself or the organization you represent. Provide accurate contact information and keep us informed of changes relevant to your service.

2. Your order request

You can submit a request without creating an account. The request records your selected server, operating system, service period and contact details. We provide a reference number for follow-up.

Submitting a request does not collect payment, reserve hardware or activate a service. Our team contacts you to confirm availability, the configuration and the next steps. You may ask to change or withdraw an unconfirmed request by emailing omar@lunarissystems.com with its reference number.

3. Prices, payment and activation

Prices are displayed in USD. Before submitting, you can review the selected period, its price, any setup fee and the total. A monthly equivalent helps you compare periods; it is not a separate monthly payment schedule.

Payment arrangements, any additional charges and activation details are confirmed with you before the service begins. This website does not accept online payments or create an automatic payment subscription. Renewals and changes to an existing service are arranged with our team.

4. What the service includes

Your confirmed configuration identifies the hardware, network connection, location and operating system. Available options may differ between plans. Review the specifications and discuss compatibility before ordering.

Dedicated servers are unmanaged. Unless separately agreed, application installation, software administration, updates, third-party licences, migration work and backups are your responsibility. Contact us before ordering if you need additional assistance.

5. Your environment and data

You are responsible for your applications, the content you host, the rights needed to use that content and the security of your software. Keep appropriate independent backups and protect your access credentials.

Do not submit server passwords, private SSH keys or payment card details through our website forms. Technical support can help with service questions; software administration and recovery work require a separate agreement.

6. Acceptable use and service restrictions

Use the service lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Spam, illegal content and network abuse are not permitted. We review reported violations and may restrict or suspend an affected service where necessary to address abuse or protect others. Contact omar@lunarissystems.com about a restriction affecting your service.

7. Support and changes

Include your order or service reference when contacting omar@lunarissystems.com. Explain the affected service, the problem and when it began. Configuration changes depend on availability and may affect price; our team confirms the options before a change is agreed.

Specifications describe the offered resources. Performance depends on your software, configuration and workload. Any separately agreed service commitments must be stated in your confirmed service arrangement.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Send cancellation and refund requests to omar@lunarissystems.com from the email address associated with your order or service. We verify the request and agree the effective cancellation date with you. A website inquiry alone does not disconnect a server.

Review Cancellation & refunds for the initial 72-hour eligibility window, service-defect provisions, exclusions and processing times. Make and verify your backups before the agreed termination date.
